You can check your insurance coverage for visits prior to booking by following these instructions depending on your insurance carrier:
1. If you have Aetna, UHC, Velocity PPO, Imagine Health, Multiplan, PNOA, VA OptumEast, Curative Health or Meritain check insurance coverage: Here

4. We are currently in process of credentialing to be in-network with BCBS of VA - we hope to be in-network soon.
- If you do not have a policy I can bill to, you may self pay for an appointment with a debit/credit card or FSA/HSA card and I will provide a coded, superbill you can then submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
